Position Overview: The Senior Data Analyst will play a critical role in interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing insightful reports. You will work closely with various departments to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights
- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their analytical needs and provide appropriate data solutions
- Generate reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Mentor junior data analysts and guide them in their professional development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, R, Python)
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, concise manner
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
- Experience with big data technologies is a plus
